Make your favorite beverages and join us for a Mindvalley-style gathering.


We meet on:  Saturday, January 28 at 4 p.m. - 5.30 p.m.

🪄We will start by getting to know each other.

🪄Then we'll jump into discussing this week's topic of "pain and pleasure."

🪄And we close with meditation and energy healing.

As we're closing out the first month of 2023, let's reflect on what works (pleasure) and what doesn't work (pain). We clear the space within us to call in more of what we want this year.
