We will be doing a Mindvalley Fit hiking event in two weeks on Saturday July 1st! A beautiful alpine loop at Brainard Lakes outside of Nederland will make for a pristine morning hike with stunning views. 

All members welcome, including new and out of town. Would love to have you there!

Date: Saturday July 1st

Meet up: 10 am Salto Coffee Shop in Nederland (112 E 2nd St, Nederland, CO 80466)

Hike: Moderate Alpine Hike, please wear appropriate shoes and bring adequate water

Length: 5 miles (about 2 hours), Elevation Gain of 500ft.

We’ll carpool from Salto to the treailhead at 9am, complete the hike, and then return to Nederland for lunch before departing. Should be a fun morning in nature and hope to see you there!
