Let's embark together on an extraordinary journey of transformation and manifest our future in a powerful way!

Through Vishen's famous 6-phase meditation, we will first activate our love and compassion, gratitude, and forgiveness. In the next phases, we shall envision the future both on a large scale and also as a 1-day view (your perfect day). The meditation closes with connecting to a higher power - whatever this means for you.

Once we have tapped into our visions, we shall share in a circle. This is not compulsory. Whoever feels they want to share, has the floor.

We shall then tap into a powerful exercise of "It is totally possible for me..." during which we splurt out all our crazy ideas without any judgments! After a few rounds, we will also reinforce and empower other people's dreams through a special practice.

We will close with a simple meditation to ground all the powerful energy we created.
