Let's take a closer look at the stories that we keep telling ourselves. The stories that drag us down. The stories that we for some reason continue to believe.
We'll visualise the stories, write them down, tell them to others, and listen to them being told by someone else. We will then take the power away from the stories that no longer serve us. We will rewrite the stories that no longer protect us (maybe they did protect our past selves). Whatever your story is, it's time to face it, thank it, and say goodbye!
Once we've said our goodbyes, we'll write better stories - the ones that we want and need to hear. The ones that we want to embody. The ones that we want to become. By coming together, we put immensely powerful energy into everyone's stories. And you can share as much or as little of your story as you wish. However, the more open you are, the more you will get from this workshop! Honestly! I do believe that the Mindvalley tribe everywhere is open, welcoming, and graceful around vulnerability. :)

NEW TO MEETUPS
If it's your first time attending, you'll recognise me with my red hair and a white Mindvalley T-shirt.
We all have stories that limit us. I ask myself very often: what story am I telling myself. I ask this question from myself especially when I feel stuck and want to explore the reason behind my stuckness. As I've been asking this a lot lately, I developed an idea during one of my hikes. This idea grew into an exercise and workshop that I now want to share with my beloved Mindvalley tribe. Within a year as a local host I've witnessed time and again how powerful and open the MV tribe is. Even if we start the meetup as strangers, we are able to connect on a deep level very quickly. Because we vibe! Come, try it out and you won't regret it!
