Hello,

Having kicked off the official ice bathing season on October 23rd 2022, we invite others in the community to join us for the ice bathing sessions.

What you need:

1. Towel for drying and standing on.

2. Wool socks and headpiece for after dipping

3. 5mm bathing gloves and shoes or similar water-resistant wear. (Wool Socks work as well)

4. Warm clothing for afterwards

Expect the river's temperature to be around 1-4 degrees Celcius.
