This is a special edition of the Nordic gathering which will involve Ice bathing as one of the core activities.

About this event

This will be a weekend Trip from 27-29th January. The location will be in Sopot, Poland. Facilities feature ice bathing, sauna, steam room, amongst other spa facilities. Meditation and outdoor fire ceremony will be part of the weekend.


Massages are optional and additional at the accommodation at very affordable prices.


Friday 27th is arrival day and group dinner.

Saturday 28th  is the ice and fire day.

Sunday 29th will feature more of the fire and ice before checkout. 

Our location will include group breakfast as well with accommodation.
