- Kindly carry your personal exercise mat and wear warm, comfortable clothes. You may get your eyes mask/cover or anything that makes you more comfortable like cushions or a warm scarf.

- Session starts at 6:30 am and is expected to last till 8 am.

- No phone usage during the session, you may shoot before or after the session. No professional photo or videography is permitted without prior permission.
