Our expert instructors Angi and Nicolas present an experience of the power of tango! This unique dance form is not just a fun way to move your body, but also serves as a therapeutic way to connect with yourself and others on a deeper level.

In this exciting event, we'll explore how tango can be used to improve your physical and mental wellbeing. We'll start by discussing the basics of tango and how it requires us to connect with our bodies and our partners in a unique way.

Through individual and partner exercises, we'll focus on changing our body posture and how this can affect the way we perceive ourselves and communicate with others. By learning to connect with our bodies in new ways, we can also learn to empathize with others and see ourselves reflected in their movements.

Don't worry if you don't have a partner, you can still participate in the couple exercises on your own. Just wear comfortable clothes and socks and come ready to explore the power of tango. You won't want to miss this opportunity to connect with yourself and others in a whole new way!
