Mindvalley Meetup: 

To celebrate Mental Health Awareness week 2023, Barbican Library is offering a free workshop on how to release stress and anxiety using breath work and meditation. This workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, looking for an easy practice which could be implemented at home.

Event Details:

We will meet as a group at the Barbican beforehand to connect and share practices on supporting one's mental health, before attending the workshop. Spaces are limited - I have reserved all the tickets for the event and will have one for each Mindvalley member attending this event.

Location: Barbican Library, Barbican Centre, Level 2, Silk Street London EC2Y 8DS
