Mindvalley Flamenco Joy Therapy Workshop:

Join us for an exciting Flamenco Joy Therapy Workshop, in Kensington Gardens, near Round Pond, taught by one of our fantastic tribe members, Carmen. Have fun learning this amazing dance, with intention setting & mindfulness practice, and embrace in your own self expression, connecting with you body & nature. You will also learning Spanish Culture & Language skills in this fun shared experience.  

Start and Finish Time: 6pm to 8pm

Location:

- Kensington Gardens, Round Pond - Opposite Queen Victoria Statute.

-Nearest Tube Stations - Queensway, Notting Hill Gate, High St Kensington, Gloucester Rd, South Kensington

NOTE: We have an alternative internal location if the weather does not work out.
