A program for the person who wants all the life-changing benefits of meditation, without any of the drawbacks. In this quest, Vishen coaches us through the six key phases we need to master the 6 Phase Meditation.
Intention: The 6 Phase Meditation program is a seven-day online journey that guides you through every step of this revolutionary protocol.
For the sake of this social support experiment, we will condense this program to four days – two on your own and two together - so we can experience this journey together in support and accountability.

Day 2 – Monday, February 20th – Together online 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Phase 1 Love & Compassion Estimated time: 18mins + 5mins meditation
Phase 1 is the protocol for activating deep love and connection. This is a hugely powerful tool, because you won’t just level up your connection with yourself - but with others and even the world at large. You’ll gain the perspective and disposition needed to be a naturally kinder, nicer human being in every moment.
Phase 2 Happiness & Gratitude Estimated time: 11mins + 8mins meditation
The secret to happiness is gratitude: and by learning how to embody unconditional thankfulness in Phase 2, you’ll create space for limitless joy - along with far greater resistance to anxiety, negative thought patterns, and all feelings of lack. You’ll even sleep better, and wake up every day with an abundance of uplifting energy.
Phase 3 Peace & Forgiveness Estimated time: 20mins + 11mins meditation
Forgiveness is a superpower: and in Phase 3, you’ll feel a huge weight being taken off your shoulders, as you embrace the freedom to move on with life as a bigger, better, more resilient person. The added beauty of forgiveness and the peace it brings is you also experience a glow up in your health, your emotional bliss, and your resilience in rising above life’s challenges.

Phase 4 Vision for Your Future Estimated time: 19mins + 14mins meditation
It’s hugely energizing to have a clear vision pulling you forward, rather than letting the ebbs and flows of life dictate your destiny. Phase 4 will empower you to envision, create, and fine-tune your life vision and your goals, so you’re primed to start living life on your terms and nobody else’s.
Phase 5 Mastering Your Day Estimated time: 7mins + 17mins meditation
Phase 5 is all about consciously designing your days, and in turn your life. By learning to harness your brain’s reticular activating system (RAS), you’ll be primed to blissfully anticipate and call in the opportunities, outcomes, and synchronicities you want to be surrounded by - so the concept of a ‘bad day’ quickly becomes a thing of the past.
Phase 6 Support & Blessing Estimated time: 5mins + 19mins meditation
In Phase 6, you’ll expand your consciousness outwards and connect to a Higher Power. Whether to you this means God, Divinity, or even collective consciousness - you’ll learn how to call on this Higher Power to feel unshakably supported, connected, and accompanied as you experience life in all its beauty and reach for your goals.
